If you have received an invitation to attend the Annual Meeting and Business Forum, enter your registration and organisation reference numbers * in the boxes to the right and then click the login button. You will then be taken to the online registration form.
If you have not received an invitation to attend the Annual Meeting and Business Forum but wish to register anyway, create a new registration here. You will then be taken to the online registration form. Please note that your registration will be subject to accreditation.

Collection of Badges
IMPORTANT: please note that Annual Meeting Badges will no longer be sent out after Wednesday 9 May 2012.
If you have not received your official Annual Meeting badge prior to this date or ahead of your arrival at the EBRD Headquarters for attendance to the event, please ensure that you upload your photo, fill in all required information in your registration page, including your date of birth, nationality, passport number and finalise your payment to complete the registration process.
Annual Meeting badges will only be available for collection from the EBRD Annual Meeting Registration area at the Exchange Square entrance, if you have completed the above process. Please ensure that you also have a copy of the invitation letter and a form of identification with you.
Please note that if any of your details are incomplete at the time of your arrival at the Bank’s Headquarters, you will be required to submit all outstanding information on-site. Your badge will then be printed and issued to you. We will endeavour to make this process as smooth as possible. However, we would like to stress that it could take approximately 10 to 15 minutes and queues may be unavoidable.

If you have already registered and would like to view or amend your details or access EBRDconnect, the Business Forum intranet, enter your registration and organisation reference numbers to login.
Your registration and organisation reference numbers can be found at the top of your original invitation letter and/or your confirmation email. Should you have any queries regarding your registration please contact the EBRD Event Team.
